Pilot Program Announces E-Mediation Service

The Pilot Program announces the establishment of a program to assist the judiciary and litigants in the District in resolving e-discovery disputes in cases where the parties lack the resources to resolve the issue on their own. Mediation services are provided by volunteer members of the Pilot Program Committee at no cost to the parties.
