About the 7th Circuit Council on eDiscovery and Digital Information
The 7th Circuit Council on eDiscovery and Digital Information was formed to develop, implement, evaluate, and improve pretrial litigation procedures that would provide fairness and justice to all parties while seeking to reduce the cost and burden of electronic discovery consistent with Rule 1 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Pilot Program has provided extensive education to thousands of attorneys in the Seventh Circuit and beyond. This CLE session is sponsored by the Pilot Program.
The CLE has been approved for one hour of CLE credit in Illinois, and credit in Indiana is pending. Only the first 1250 registrants can be accommodated.
